Thanks for your comment. The last two or three years for me have been fraught (is this word still used?) with the exact things you’re describing. I don’t think I’ve ever been this introspective! It’s really been good for me. Painful in many ways, but ultimately, for my good. Let me know how it goes!

Good stuff Ang. I’ve been really wrestling with issues of Faith as of late. I’m in a group that has been really challenging me to examine the things I hold to be true and see if they are true indeed or just defenses I’ve erected to keep me in my life of ease and comfort. I’m taking a good look at this catechism.

Sorry I’m slow responding, but I am interested! My preference (which takes into account absolutely NONE of your concerns) would be for you to keep the blog, stay on FB, and include a link when you post on your blog. Selfish me only wants to have an easy way to keep in touch, see your pics, etc. But I also really do understand why you might want to back off, or at least back down a bit, from all the exposure. I must also confess that I don’t check blogs as often now I’m on FB — except for my own family members.

Well, I check a lot. Always love your posts. The whole “come rob me thing” I don’t know. I tend to think more people are vandalized via ‘real-life’ associations, like my friend who had her house broken into after remodeling was done. But I certainly understand and respect your desire for safety about your family, and everyone’s comfort level about these things is different.

Don’t desert us, sweet Angie! But if you take up residence elsewhere, please send a forwarding address! Love you!
